Founded in 1978 by master builder Heinrich Bauhaas in Munich, Bauhaas GmbH began as a small residential construction company with just 5 employees. Through steady growth and a reputation for quality, the company expanded into commercial construction in the 1990s. Now in its second generation, led by Markus Bauhaas (civil engineering degree), the company has become a well-established regional general contractor with operations throughout Bavaria.

Workshop

Bauhaas GmbH operates from a modern 2,500m² facility on the outskirts of Munich, featuring a spacious warehouse for equipment storage and a dedicated workshop for custom fabrication needs. The company headquarters includes a technical planning department with state-of-the-art BIM workstations and large-format plotters for construction drawings. The warehouse is organized with a digitized inventory system, though some older employees still rely on traditional paper-based checklists. A separate yard houses heavy machinery and construction vehicles, while a training area is used for safety briefings and skill development for apprentices.
