Stefan began his career as a bricklayer apprentice at 16 and worked his way up through the ranks. After completing his Meister certification, he joined Bauhaas GmbH 22 years ago as a foreman and was promoted to site manager due to his exceptional problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.

Experiencing chronic lower back pain from years of physical labor. Today his joints are particularly stiff due to the damp weather conditions.

Favorite Place

Stefan's favorite place is his workshop in his garage at home, where he builds furniture in his spare time. The familiar smell of wood and the organized array of his personal tools gives him a sense of control and creativity that balances the chaos of construction sites. He spends most Sunday afternoons there, often creating pieces for his grandchildren.
