Thomas joined Lauer Fahrzeuglackierung 25 years ago after working at Mercedes-Benz for 12 years. He completed his Meister qualification shortly after joining and has been Klaus's right-hand man for technical matters. He mentors most of the apprentices and oversees quality control.
