Klaus Lauer

Klaus is the son of founder Helmut Lauer and took over the business in 2007. He completed his Meister qualification in automotive painting after a traditional apprenticeship and worked in several leading shops in Stuttgart before returning to join the family business.

Physical Condition

No significant physical issues, though occasionally experiences mild joint pain in his right shoulder from years of spray gun operation. Still performs demonstrations for customers and trains staff but delegates most of the physically demanding work.

Favorite Place

The custom design area with its wall of completed project photos is where Klaus feels most at home. This corner of the workshop has photos dating back to his father's earliest custom jobs, alongside Klaus's own award-winning designs. He often brings customers here to discuss their vision while drawing inspiration from past projects.
