Lisa became interested in the electrical trade through a school work experience program. Despite being one of few females in her vocational school class, she has excelled academically and in practical skills. She chose Elektro Schmidt for her apprenticeship because of their reputation for quality training and their growing focus on renewable energy technologies.

I love the problem-solving aspects of this trade. Every day presents different challenges that require both technical knowledge and creative thinking. It's rewarding to see how our work directly improves people's daily lives through better lighting, more efficient energy use, or modern conveniences.

Physical Condition

Excellent physical condition with no health issues. Sometimes finds the physical demands challenging due to her smaller frame but has developed techniques to work efficiently while maintaining proper ergonomics.

Favorite Place

Lisa particularly enjoys working at residential job sites during the finish phase of projects, when lighting fixtures are being installed and systems are being commissioned. The transformation from a construction site to a functioning home becomes visible during this phase, with spaces coming alive as lights are connected and switches begin working. She appreciates seeing the direct impact of her work on creating comfortable living environments and the immediate feedback from satisfied homeowners.
