Claudia Fischer

As the daughter of company founder Dieter Fischer, Claudia grew up around the business, spending summers helping at job sites from a young age. After completing her electrical engineering degree at TU Hamburg and obtaining her Meister qualification, she joined the family business in 2012. She has been instrumental in expanding the company's services into renewable energy and building automation.

She particularly enjoys the weekly sessions she leads there for apprentices and journeyworkers, finding fulfillment in passing on knowledge and seeing the growth of her team members.
