What I find most rewarding is seeing how our pieces improve people's daily lives. When a client tells me how our custom storage solution has brought order to their home or how they enjoy using their desk every day, that connection between craft and daily experience is incredibly satisfying.

Physical Condition

Elena suffered a minor cut on her left index finger yesterday from a chisel slip. The wound is shallow but painful when working with certain tools. She's keeping it bandaged and being extra careful with hand tool work today.

Favorite Place

I love our assembly area where individual components come together into finished pieces. This space represents the culmination of everyone's work – the designers' vision, the machinists' precision, the finishers' skill – all converging as parts transform into completed furniture. The large central tables here allow us to lay out complex assemblies and work collaboratively on challenging pieces.
