Thomas is the son of founder Dieter Kraus and grew up around the business. Rather than assuming a management role immediately, he chose to prove himself in the field after completing his arborist certification. He specialized in technical climbing and has become known for his expertise in accessing difficult trees.

There's nothing like the feeling of solving a complex climbing puzzle in a damaged tree. When everyone else is trying to figure out how to reach a hazardous branch safely, that's when I'm at my best.

Physical Condition

Thomas is in excellent physical shape and maintains a strict training regimen including climbing practice and strength training. Today he's feeling strong and ready for challenging climbs.

Favorite Place

Thomas loves spending time at the climbing facility they built in the company's workshop yard. The custom-designed structure mimics challenging tree formations and allows him to practice advanced techniques and test new equipment. He often stays after hours to refine his skills and has created an informal mentoring program where he trains junior arborists in advanced climbing techniques every Friday afternoon.
