Julia Fischer
Julia discovered her passion for arboriculture during an environmental conservation volunteer project. She completed her arborist apprenticeship last year with top marks and joined Waldmeister immediately after certification, drawn by the company's reputation for technical excellence.
Experience: Recently qualified arborist with 3 years of experience including apprenticeship (3/10)
Favorite Jobs
- Tree planting operations
- Structural pruning of young trees
- Tree inventory work
I'm fascinated by how trees communicate and support each other in natural systems. Every day I learn something new about these amazing organisms, and I hope to help people understand why professional tree care matters.
Physical Condition
Julia is physically fit but tired today after a full weekend of rock climbing, one of her hobbies that complements her arborist skills. She's moving a bit slower than usual but remains focused on her tasks.
Favorite Place
Julia loves the hiking trails of the Bavarian Alps, particularly the forested slopes near Berchtesgaden. The transition zones between different forest types at varying elevations provide a natural classroom for understanding tree species adaptation. She spends most of her vacation days backpacking through different mountain forests, documenting unusual tree formations and species interactions with detailed photographs she shares on her professional social media account.
