She has a business administration degree from Humboldt University and previously worked in financial management for a mid-sized engineering firm. Greta loves the company's small nursery area behind the workshop where she tends to young saplings. She has created a small seating area surrounded by potted specimen trees where she takes her lunch breaks. The combination of fresh air, greenery, and the satisfaction of nurturing future trees gives her a sense of connection to the company's mission even though she primarily works indoors.
