Stefan is in excellent physical condition with strong upper body strength from daily climbing. He takes pride in maintaining his fitness and has no physical complaints today.

Favorite Place

Stefan's favorite place is the climbing practice area they've set up behind the workshop. He's carefully selected and installed various climbing systems and scenarios for training. Here, he can experiment with new techniques in a controlled environment, and he enjoys mentoring younger staff members. The space represents both his passion for technical excellence and his commitment to safety.
