Physically fit and energetic with no chronic issues, though today he's very tired after staying up too late playing video games with friends. He's struggling to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

Lukas is most at home at the local climbing gym where he goes four times a week after work. The physical challenge of navigating climbing routes provides both a physical outlet and mental puzzle that contrasts with his workday. The three-dimensional problem-solving of finding a path up the wall reminds him of planning complex HVAC installations, and he's formed a strong social circle among the regular climbers.
