He has worked his way up from installer to team leader based on his exceptional ability to coordinate complex installation projects. Michael's favorite place is the community soccer field where he coaches youth teams on weekends. The well-maintained grass pitch is surrounded by trees that turn beautiful colors in autumn, with simple aluminum bleachers where parents gather to watch games. He finds the transition from the precise technical world of HVAC to the unpredictable energy of youth sports refreshing and grounding.
