Client: Deutsche Telekom Data Services

Request: Evaluation, optimization, and certification of airflow management and pressure differentials in our Tier III data center. Need to eliminate hot spots and improve cooling efficiency while maintaining proper pressure relationships between server rooms and surrounding spaces. Use differential pressure meters to verify airflow patterns and optimize system performance.

Working Environments

• Operating data center with active server equipment, elevated noise levels, restricted access protocols, and temperature-controlled environment
• Raised floor environments for under-floor pressure measurements, limited space, dusty conditions
• Roof-mounted cooling equipment areas, exposed to weather, potential fall hazards, noisy environment
• Building automation control room, well-lit, climate-controlled, multiple display screens and workstations
