Son of company founder Paulo Santos, Ricardo grew up in the shop learning the trade from an early age. He formally joined the business after completing his technical education at SENAI and gradually took on more management responsibilities while maintaining his role as lead painter.

Ricardo loves spending time in the color matching room, which he personally designed. The specialized lighting and organized layout allow for perfect color matching every time.
