I take pride in teaching the younger guys the right way to frame. Safety might not be the top priority here, but on my crew, we watch out for each other.

Experiencing lower back pain from repetitive lifting but continues to work through it.

Favorite Place

Miguel's favorite spot is his garage workshop where he practices new framing techniques after hours. He's converted it into a mini training center where he teaches younger workers on weekends. The space allows him to demonstrate proper techniques without the pressure of job site deadlines.
