The design center's conference room holds special meaning for me. The walls are lined with photos of our most significant projects over the decades. The large table where we gather for project planning has witnessed countless solutions to complex framing challenges. The view of Mount Rainier through the windows reminds me of all the homes we've built in this beautiful region.
