Thomas Weber

Thomas joined Schmidt Innenausbau in 2010 after working for a large commercial contractor for several years. He was seeking a more creative environment where he could focus on quality rather than just efficiency. Thomas completed his apprenticeship in Munich before moving to Berlin for better job opportunities.

The most rewarding part of my job is solving complex spatial problems that others might find impossible. I enjoy walking clients through the process and showing them possibilities they hadn't even considered.

Physical Condition

Thomas is experiencing early signs of joint degeneration in his knees from years of kneeling during installations. He's been taking anti-inflammatory medication to manage the discomfort but hasn't mentioned it to colleagues.

Favorite Place

Thomas finds peace at the central assembly table in the workshop during early morning hours before everyone else arrives. The calm and order of tools laid out for the day ahead gives him time to mentally prepare for complex installations. The morning light filtering through the high windows creates an almost meditative atmosphere that helps him visualize the day's challenges.
