Request: Configure and implement our digital fleet management platform for a 12-vehicle delivery fleet, including driver scheduling, maintenance tracking, and route optimization. Provide training for 20 staff members on the digital platform usage.

Working Environments

• at the client's dispatch office, fluorescent lighting, cramped desk space with multiple monitors
• in the client's vehicle depot, outdoor environment, variable weather conditions, noisy with vehicles moving
• in the small office at our workshop, limited space for training multiple people, often interrupted by workshop noise
• in vehicles during demonstration and testing, confined space, road noise, occasional poor connectivity
