What we create isn't just furniture, it's heritage that will outlive us all. I believe the soul of German craftsmanship lies in the details that most people never notice but that make all the difference in quality.
Physical Condition
Generally healthy but experiencing early signs of joint degeneration in his hands from decades of fine handwork. Today he's feeling slight stiffness in his right thumb and wrist after completing a detailed carving project yesterday.
Favorite Place
Michael's favorite place is his personal workbench by the east-facing window in the workshop. The morning light streams in perfectly for detail work, and the bench itself was built by his grandfather. The wall above it holds perfectly arranged tools, many inherited through generations, and the worn surface bears marks and memories of countless projects completed over decades.
