Thomas Müller
Thomas grew up watching his father Klaus build the business from the ground up. After completing his formal arboriculture education and gaining experience working in several prominent tree care companies across Germany, he returned to Frankfurt to join the family business in 2008. Thomas took over as managing director in 2015 after his father's retirement, bringing new technologies and management approaches while maintaining the company's reputation for quality.
Experience: Master Arborist with over 20 years of professional experience (9/10)
Favorite Jobs
- Hazard tree assessment
- Training new staff
- Complex technical removals
Trees are living monuments that connect generations, and I consider it a privilege to be their caretaker. At Baumpflege Müller, we're not just preserving trees—we're preserving a vital part of our urban ecosystem for future generations.
Physical Condition
In excellent physical condition despite occasional back pain from years of fieldwork. Thomas still actively participates in challenging technical removals but has become more conscious about proper lifting techniques and now delegates the most physically demanding tasks.
Favorite Place
Thomas's favorite place is the 200-year-old oak grove in Frankfurt's Stadtwald. He finds peace among these ancient trees, especially in early morning when dappled light filters through the canopy. This place represents to him the perfect balance between nature and urban life that his company strives to maintain.
