Martin Weber

Martin joined the company in 1998 after working for a large industrial electrical contractor. He wanted a more varied workday with direct customer contact rather than working on large, impersonal projects. He has become Klaus's right-hand man and handles many of the more complex projects.

The satisfaction of solving a tricky electrical problem that others couldn't figure out is what drives me. I love the look on a customer's face when we restore power to a system that's been giving them headaches for weeks.

Physical Condition

Martin has developed early signs of joint degeneration in his knees from years of climbing ladders and kneeling on hard surfaces. He wears supportive knee braces during longer jobs but remains fully capable of performing all work duties.

Favorite Place

Martin's favorite place is the local sailing club on Lake Cospuden where he keeps a small sailboat. He spends most weekends during summer on the water, finding that the technical aspects of sailing appeal to his methodical mind. The combination of fresh air, technical skill, and peaceful water helps him recover from the physical demands of his work week.
