Dieter has been with Elektro-Wolf for over 35 years, having joined shortly after completing his master electrician qualification. As one of the company's most experienced employees, he has gradually transitioned from field work to a technical advisory role. He now primarily focuses on complex project planning, quality assurance, and mentoring younger electricians, passing down decades of accumulated knowledge and practical wisdom.

The electrical trade has given me a lifetime of challenges and satisfaction. My greatest pride now comes from seeing younger electricians I've mentored develop into true craftspeople who understand not just how to follow standards, but why those standards exist and how to apply them thoughtfully.

Physical Condition

Dieter suffers from significant joint degeneration in his shoulders and back from decades of physical work. He moves deliberately and experiences chronic pain that limits his ability to perform physical installations. Despite these limitations, he maintains excellent hand dexterity for demonstration purposes and manages his condition with physical therapy.

Favorite Place

Dieter's favorite place is the company's apprentice training workshop where he spends several days each week mentoring the next generation. The space features training stations he helped design that simulate real-world electrical challenges in a controlled environment. He finds deep satisfaction in this purpose-built teaching environment where he can demonstrate techniques perfected over decades and observe the moment when complex concepts click for struggling apprentices, ensuring his knowledge extends beyond his own career.
