He grew up learning the trade from his father, working summers and weekends at the company since he was 14, and formally joined after completing his initial apprenticeship at age 19.

Physical Condition

Generally in good health, though experiencing occasional lower back pain from years of physical work. Makes a point of staying physically active by cycling to maintain core strength but feels the strain after long days on complex installation sites.

Favorite Place

Thomas loves spending time in his precision-organized workshop at the company headquarters. The large workbench his father built still stands in the corner, now surrounded by modern testing equipment and digital planning stations. When he needs to think through complex technical challenges, this is where he feels most at home and inspired.
