Favorite Jobs
- Complex cutting and fitting
- Detailed finish carpentry
- Custom cabinetry
- Teaching apprentices
I believe carpentry is about precision and patience, not physical strength alone. My background in fine arts helps me see the aesthetic potential in functional structures. When I create a perfectly fitted joint, I'm continuing a tradition thousands of years old.
Physical Condition
Physically fit with strong upper body strength developed from years of carpentry work. Today she is feeling healthy and energetic with no physical complaints.
Favorite Place
Min-ji's favorite place is the small workshop she has set up in her apartment's spare room. Here she creates miniature traditional Korean furniture pieces as a hobby and side business, selling them through an online craft marketplace. She has carefully organized the space with hand tools inherited from her grandfather who was also a woodworker. The concentration required for the intricate miniature work provides a meditative counterbalance to the larger-scale projects she handles at work, and allows her to explore artistic expression alongside functional craftsmanship.
